Emergency Services covers all of our programs at UBM.  However, this program specifically targets assisting clients with rent and utilities when funds are available.  Funds for this program come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to donations, grants, and other partnerships.

Eligibility is based on income, geographical location, and several other factors.  Needs are assessed on an individual basis and assistance is provided based on available funds.


UBM has a special program to help working families that are making between 150% and 200% of the National Poverty level.  Contact UBM for more details.

What do I need to get help?

What do I need to get help?

  • ID's for everyone 18 or older
  • Birth Certificates for all children
  • Copy of bill/bills you need help with
  • Proof of income for past 30 days
  • Award letters (SS/SSI, SNAP, Housing, etc.)
  • For rental assistance you will also need the 1st and last page of your lease and a letter from the landlord stating your total past due.
