Emergency Services covers all UBM Programs.
However, we specifically target assisting clients with one-time rent assistance and periodic utility payments when funds are available. Funds for this program come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to donations, grants, and other partnerships.

Eligibility is based on income, geographical location, and several other factors. Needs are assessed on an individual basis and assistance is provided based on available funds.
UBM has a special program to help working families that are making between 150% and 200% of the National Poverty level. Contact UBM for more details.

- ID's for everyone 18 or older
- Birth Certificates for all children
- Copy of bill/bills you need help with
- Proof of income for past 30 days
- Award letters (SS/SSI, SNAP, Housing, etc.)
- One-time rental assistance: 1st and last page of your lease. *Accurate landlord email address.
